| I came across this recipe today and thought it would be perfect for canning for gifts. I've been canning for about two years but I don't have 100% faith in my judgment when it comes to canning recipes that aren't listed as 'canning recipes.' It seems to me that with this sugar/acid content there would be no problem water bath canning this. I'd just like some confirmation.
