 o
Canning recipe

I came across this recipe today and thought it would be perfect for canning for gifts. I've been canning for about two years but I don't have 100% faith in my judgment when it comes to canning recipes that aren't listed as 'canning recipes.' It seems to me that with this sugar/acid content there would be no problem water bath canning this. I'd just like some confirmation. Thanks!

I'm with annie. It's fruit, sugar and vinegar. You can use the berry processing time.
