| I am looking to purchase a "sifter" to use for sifting my home ground flour, to remove some of the bran and make it a bit lighter. Would also like the same tool for sifting cornmeal to separate the "flour" from the larger "grits" I see lots of sifters on various sites, but no one is addressing my specific needs. I did not search long and hard because I thought immediately of you! What size mesh do I want? Some had said 55, others 24, and Ii don't have a clue! Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated. TYIA. Steve |
