Pressing Styrian Pumpkin Seeds

Hi all, I haven't been on here in ages. My son wanted to grow Styrian (Hull-less seeds) pumpkins this year. No problem there, we have a nice crop of pumpkins out there to be harvested. What I'm wondering is if anyone has done this and if so what did you do as far as roasting time and temp? Did you have a press or did you use a food processor or mortar and pestle? Any info would be appreciated.

If they are already hulless why would you have to press or crush them? I found the link below that details how to roast hulless seeds. Hope it helps.

My guess is to press for oil. I have considered many options for similar oil crops, but haven't come up with a feasible solution. I sometimes find oil presses/expellers for home use, but not enough info to justify buying one.

Yes, it would be to press for oil, sorry I wasn't clear on that in the first post. Shouldn't try to type a coherent post when I'm falling asleep at the keyboard. LOL!

Yum! We were in Styria last fall and enjoyed this oil in many of the local specialties: soups, salads, pasta, etc. I brought back a small can and have been using it like the precious commodity that it is.
The processing appears to be more than just pressing the raw seeds. I found a link which has a somewhat abbreviated description of the processing method, but it's a PDF file and I cannot seem to attach it to this message. If you "google" the terms "Steirisches Kürbiskernöl processing" it should be the first PDF result that comes up and look like this:
(PDF)Steirisches Kürbiskernöl g.g.A. - Lebensministerium
Good luck!
