Habanero Gold question

Posted by daisydawnny 5 (My Page) on

Made a big batch of Habanero Gold and got sidetracked and did not invert/ swirl jars to get the solids suspended in the jelly. Can I re-process to redistribute it? Hope I did not totally screw it up and there is hope.

Thanks for any input!!

RE: Habanero Gold question

I wouldn't bother. Just stir it up at time of use. It looks a bit less pretty on the shelf but otherwise it makes no difference at all and to my mind isn't worth the additional effort and cost.

RE: Habanero Gold question

I agree!

Or.....make another batch if it is for gifts and keep the first one for yourself. If I were giving it away, I'd want it to be pretty! :)

RE: Habanero Gold question

Thanks.....was for gifts. Guess it will go into my stash and I will make another batch and pay attention! Multitasking has faults.
