Everyone needs a stove with a built-in canner...

I've never seen one of these. It's a 1950's Frigidaire stove that has a built-in water bath canner. Pretty cool.

Now all it needs is a faucet on the wall behind the stove to fill it easily. (I have one and it's great for canning.Pasta too. But I am married to a plumber.

That is so awesome! If I was still working full time and could afford anything, I would totally get it - it's not that far from me. I even have the perfect spot for it in my "laundry room". Thanks for posting this - I had no idea they existed!

It is pretty neat. I noticed after I posted that it looks to have a 12 inch burner as well. It's about 2 hours from me and I already have 2 stoves in the basement or I'd be going to get it. I hope whoever buys it gets a lot of use out of it.

That's also a cook well for slow-cooking of soups, stews and beans. A lot of those old ranges had cook wells and/or raised heavy duty canning burners. Those stoves are a treasure.

Is that a pot that can be removed from the well? If not, how do you drain it?

I've never seen anything like that - of course, I have only seen really old wood or gas ranges (1930's and earlier) or 60's and later electric in any of my family's houses. No one could afford new stoves in the 40's and 50's.

It does remind me of my MIL's old range in that it has the wonderful "countertop" right next to the burners, for when they didn't have built-in cabinets in the kitchen, just a table and sink, some open shelves or tall cupboard/pie safe.
