| I'm wondering if anyone has tried the Marinated Sweet Pepper recipe on pg 135 of the newest version of the Joy of Pickling?
I was planning on trying it this afternoon and wanted to get some opinions first. Also, should I put pickle crisp in this recipe? Thanks Michele |

| Never tried the recipe but I do prefer to use the pickle crisp with any pepper recipe to retain as much crispness as possible. Dave |
