Hi,

Longtime lurker here. I have apples simmering on the stove at the moment for sauce. If I decide they need to be a little sweeter after they cook down, could I use honey?

I'm a beekeeper and my girls had a really good year. I know that there is some type of botulism present in honey and I tell my customers with young ones to consult their pediatricians before giving it to the kids. Any issues with using it?

Any other ideas for using honey would be appreciated.
