Green Cherry tomatoes - anyone with a safe recipe?

Hi All,

I have a lot of green cherry tomatoes. Does anyone have a good, safe recipe to use up those babies? I only have one plant's worth, so non canning recipes would work too.

Thanks!!

Link below is to all sorts of previous discussions about what to do with your green tomatoes. It just depends on what you want to do with them as safety is seldom an issue with them.

I would pickle them as I would pickle cucumbers. I would avoid any that is not perfectly green as they would tend to get soft/mushy.

this year i was inundated with tomatoes, ripe and unripe. i canned several recipes for the green ones ( my 1st time using using them) . i loved them all ! my suggestion is to scale down 1 or 2 canning recipes and just refrigerate them for a few weeks. that way, when you do get too many, you'll know what you want to do with them.
