Ideas for using tomato jam?

I have canned several jars of beautiful tomato jam, but now I'm not sure how to use it?!

I've tried it on ham and cheese scones and on breakfast sandwiches. Any other ideas?
Thanks,
Sherri

On grilled hamburgers, instead of ketchup for fries, as a topping on meatloaf and cabbage rolls, on stuffed peppers, instead of bar-b-q sauce on chicken and/or chops on the grill, brush onto k-bobs, mix a tsp. full into the stuffing for each pork chop, instead of mayo on cold turkey sandwiches, stir a spoonful of it in with hot tomato soup to boost up the flavor, etc.

A personal favorite - spread it on thick slices of french bread, lay on a couple of fresh spinach leaves, top with a piece of your favorite sliced meat and cheese, sprinkle with grated parmesan and broil until the cheese melts, :)

Can you share your recipe? Is it a sweet jam (tomato as fruit) or savory?

I made 3 jars with some low/no sugar pectin and very little sugar, still have tomatoes ripening in the basement so haven't used it yet, but soon.

Looking for real tomato tasting spread to use on sandwiches in the winter.
