Canned some cranberry sauce yesterday, and decided to make some more today which is when I realized that I only added 3 of the 4 cups of sugar the recipe called for when I made the first batch. Does this mean I should refrigerate or freeze these jars?

No need. The sugar is just for flavor and set. It has no safety role. After opening the jars later if too thin or bitter you can add more sugar. Dave

Thank you, Dave. It set fine & I actually prefer the taste to the other batch, but I wasn't sure if it was still safe.
