canning already ready pickles

I love these cajun pickles at a yearly festival so this year I bought a couple gallons of them. They have been in a big 5 gallon container in the fridge for about a month. Can I still can them and dry store at this point? If so, what would be the best method for this? I have always used the boiling water method with my limited canning experience in the past but was not sure what do do here if it was even possible. Again, these pickles are completely ready to eat and are in an open and close container. Thanks!
