Resources for safe canning recipes

I use my copy of So Easy To Preserve as my food preservation bible. However, I am wanting to branch out a little and try new and more complicated recipes to can. For example, I'd like to be able to can strawberry applesauce but I'm not certain that is ok. And I'd like to try to can soup.
