Dehydrated wasabi peas

Posted by tracydr 9b (My Page) on

I bought these peas from the bulk bin at the health food store. Theiryre delicious and I'd like to make them myself. Could I just use some frozen peas and coat them with wasabi pate, put them in the dehydrator for awhile?
Or, I do have some peas in the garden, but those rarely make it into the house, they're usually eaten in the garden.
I never see fresh peas at the store. Any other ideas to make them?

Here you go. I don't have a clue whether or not this will work, I've not tried to make them, but it sounds interesting.

Thanks so much! I've bookmarked it and will get the powdered wasabi next time I hit the Asian market. I think it looks like it should work well.
Now I wish I could figure out those crispy, dehydrated okra and the wonderful, very expensive roasted seaweed.
I'm addicted to the darn seaweed snacks!
