Thanks so much! I've bookmarked it and will get the powdered wasabi next time I hit the Asian market. I think it looks like it should work well.
Now I wish I could figure out those crispy, dehydrated okra and the wonderful, very expensive roasted seaweed.
I'm addicted to the darn seaweed snacks!
