| I live in a new town home. I planted some heather in the garden that I own, but borders my neighbor's driveway.
I was pleased to see the little leaves sprouting up through the soil. Unfortunately, the neighbors decided to "Help" me by putting their excess mulch over the baby heather plants. Completely covering them, I might add, with about an inch of red mulch. Should I pick up the mulch where the heather is? Will the seedlings be able to grow through it? |

| Yes, you should move it if it covers the crowns of the plants. |
