The location will be an island bed which already has three (about 4 ft each) Bakerii Spruce, which are very blue in color (background) and a (6 ft) Goldrush Dawn Redwood (foreground). The island can be large and is not confined by space limitations.

I need advice on which varieties would work best, how many I need, and even how to position them to make an interesting flow rather than spotty, patchwork looking mess.

The area is moist, so I know I will have to mound. It is a sunny location.
