Yes, they are all Ericaceous plants and will grow quite happily together. Raised beds are a good idea and fill with decent soil that is well draining and has some texture - I'd mix some bark fines and peat moss or cottonseed hulls in to adjust pH to proper levels. Mulch them well for winter but don't smother them. They are not very drought tolerant, so don't allow the soil to dry out.

The allelopathic properties are overstated. Heaths and heathers combine very well with other plants that need similar growing conditions and are ideal with small conifers. I grow them in mixed borders with a wide range of plants without problems.
