Need Help ID Old Rose, Mini, Looks Daisy Like

Hi,
I live in southwestern Ontario in Carolinian Forest. We have prairie roses in the backyard. There is old growth forest behind my house.

My question is the little rose bush I found on the perimeters of the yard. There use to be an old homestead on this property.

I found a little mini rosebush that is spreading out. It has dark shiny green leaves and miniature white flowers. The flowers are daisy like with a prominent yellow centre with five petals. The petals have deep indent in the centre. It has large thorns.

Does anyone know what kind of rose this is?

Thank you for your help!

There is an Antique Rose Forum on GardenWeb that seems very active. They ought to be able to help you.
