Hello! I am the program manager for a historic house museum. We've planted a kitchen garden behind our homestead, but I think it's a bit too adventurous for myself and my volunteers. I was wondering if anyone had any good sources for an 1860s kitchen garden, and what main herbs/veggies/flowers should really be in one. Locations, maps would be wonderful, too! I am not much of a gardener, but I would really like to see this project take off! Any help would be so great!! Thank you!
