A business that stays in business must be doing something right. From that perspective, most of them will be pretty good. Your question will not separate out any of the really good suppliers as posed. Ask instead which seed suppliers have the best customer service and best quality seed. To that question I would answer that Johnny's Selected Seed is one of the very best. I can also say that many more companies give very good to excellent customer service.

A companion question would be to ask which companies fail miserably. Reimer is one that has had very bad reviews over the years.

So far Heirloom Acres sucks for me, I placed an order a month ago and nary an email or my order. You live and learn. The only other ones I've used so far is Baker Creek and I liked them, very fast and a free pack of seeds each time, Seed Savers Exchange and Southern Exposure were pretty quick and sent what I ordered. Haven't used anyone else yet, but will be when I order again.
