Fertilizer questions

Cleaning out the garage, we happened on an old bag of fertilizer. It is probably 10 years old.

Would you know if it is too old to use?

The text on the bag says:
Organic Nitrogen, 5-10-5, Guaranteed Analysis
2.5% Ammoniacal Nitrogen
1.5% Water Insoluble Nitrogen
1.0% Water Soluble Urea Nitrogen
Available Phosphoric Acid (P2O5) 10%
Soluble Potash (K2O) 5.0%
Derived from ureaform, ammoniated phosphate, superphosphate and muriate of potash. Potential Acidity 0 lbs. Calcium Carbonate Equivalent per ton. Manufactured by Estech, Inc., Chicago.....Gro-Tone®. Directions.....3-4 lbs per 100 sq.ft.

Are all the contents organic? If I used it, would it kill micro bacterial action in the soil? Would it harm earth worms and other beneficials? Would it work if I dissolved a few cups in a tub of water and fed the liquid to the plants?

Thanks so much for your time and information........I'm a novice when it comes to fertilizers. Never did understand them.......

RE: Fertilizer questions

My apologies. I meant of course to post it in the Organic forum. What now? Do I post it again in Organic and let this be, or can I delete it here?
