Seed Planting Schedule for Zone 9-10b

I am new to organic gardening in general (2 years with raised beds), and I hear mixed recommendations about when we can plant new crop / start seeds, since we don't really have a frost season here. I live in zone 9-10b in Santa Monica, CA. I'm eager to try them out but don't want to waste the seeds if there's no chance. I have had tomatoes & kale grow in my garden year round, so I'm curious what everyone's experience is with other plants.

When can I plant seeds for these, and indoor or outdoor?

Kale (Red Russian &

Borage

Broccoli - Romanesco

Prize Choy

Chives

SS Lettuce Mixture

Brussels Sprouts - Long Island Improved

Tomato - Cherry Roma

Strawberry Spinach

Ground Cherry - Aunt Molly's

Cucumber - Japanese Climbing

Lemon Basil

Carrot - St. Valery

Swiss Chard - 5 Color

Bunny Tails & Amaranth Flowers

Any advice would be appreciated! Please pardon the novice questions.

Thanks, Linh

I'm in zone 10a, but Florida is different than California. Each locality has its own guidelines. Here's a link I found with California planting dates-
