I saw an article about Japanese heirloom veggies awhile back-but can't remember where/when. I would like to find a source for Japanese heirloom veggie seeds. Any help-thank you.

Try contacting Maya Shiroyama at Kitazawa Seed Co., PO Box 13220, Oakland, CA 94661, 510-595-1188, www.kitazawaseed.com

Kitazawa is the oldest supplier of Asian seeds in America. Their current catalog is a mix of heirlooms and OPs, many of which go back two days longer than forever.
