Has anyone grown this onion-Southport White Globe? If so what do you think?

Jackman, if you post this on the Alliums forum you might get more response. Lots of serious onion growers over there.

I believe [but am not sure] that I raised the Southport Yellow Globe many, many years ago. Anyway said onion was a bit hot but very, very spicy and tasty.
