Could this seed be Helleborus Foetidus?

Hi -- I've posted this to several forums in the hopes of someone recognizing the seed...

Here's a {{gwi:872919}}.

The seeds on the left of the dime were collected by me from my lupines. The LARGE seeds, to the right of the dime, which are approx 1/4" thick, hard, heavy (1g each), and rough-surfaced (very much like porous landscaping stones :) were sent to me, but labelled as "Lupines". I question that. ;^)

Someone has suggested they are reminiscent of Helleborus Foetidus... can anyone here offer a refutation? or other suggestion?

The seeds to the right are not h. foetidus. Those would look much like h. orientalis as pictured below...

(but I can't offer any suggestions)

Just another confirmation they are not Helleborus. Could they be Yucca?

yup, I had already researched all the pics (sigh) in the SeedSite before I even posted, but thought the H. Foetidus might look quite different from H. Orientalis. :)

and I researched and found Yucca is as large, but they appear to be mono-color near-black and very triangular in shape.

At least I'm learning what all different kinds of seeds look like. :)
