Need advice on helleborus seeds that are now germinating.

I followed the instructions on germinating hellebore seeds, giving them several months of warm first, then refrigerating them. They began to break open right on schedule, about a month after they were refrigerated. So I planted some of them in Pro-mix and put them under my grow lights in the basement. But that was about three weeks ago and I haven't seen any of them popping up yet.

Do hellebores just take a long time to develop leaves, or should I have left them at the colder temperatures? (The basement stays at about 60 degrees.) Since some more of the refrigerated seeds are starting to break open, I thought I'd better ask before I do anything with them!
