 o
another H. Thibetanus question

Does Helleborus Thibetanus go dormant during the summer? I have it planted in a place of prominence, and I don’t want a bare spot later in the season. If it does go dormant any companion suggestions? Thank you.

RE: another H. Thibetanus question

Depends on the climate and location where it's planted. I've had my plants both persist and die down in the summer. Interplant with other shade plants like Corydalis chelanthifolia (Fern Leaf Corydalis), perennial violas or annuals.

Hope this helps,

Riz
