Hellebore Companion Plants

Would any of the varieties grow along with Calla's, Primroses, Siberian Iris, and Turtle Heads environment that thrive in their location for the last 5 yrs. Maybe too wet? I'd like to plant them in between the Primroses that are just uncovered and one's flowering; what a lovely ray of sunshine that was yesterday!
Welcome Spring!

In this article Martha Stewart's expert comments that hellebores are wonderful companion plants with primulas (primroses), along with "pulmonarias, ferns, lamiums, and hepaticas. Early bulbs such as species Narcissus and snowdrops (Galanthus) are equally charming in the picture." Sounds like a lovely idea!

Rebecca, it looks like the above "this article" is a clickable link but it didn't work for me. So I'll have to look up the above mentioned species to see if "part shady, and moist soil" will work.
I found my Callas did better there than in full sun; as another gal said she had her Callas do well in both environments. Maybe you have the url for the article by Martha? Thnx a bunch, Jaemy

Thanx bunches Rebecca, many time I go to M's pages and get nowhere; does one have to register or become a member to do research there?
Gonna get down into the 20's tomorrow nite; ridiculous! I'll be Re-covering my Rhoda Dendron, and pray for my $150.00 Harry Lauder Walking Stick on my knees.
Appreciate your guidance.
Jaemy
