hellebores as a hanging plant?

Lynn Nevins

I've never had hellebores, but would very much like to try them this year. I read somewhere that since the flower heads generally face downward, that it's good to display them at some type of elevated height, so people can look UP at the flowers. I was thinking then that maybe a hanging planter would be good for them. Any reasons why a hanging planter mght NOT be good? I know hanging planters dry out more quickly, but I'm pretty good at attending to them, and I also bought a water reservoir this year to add to the bottom of the hanging planter.

Tx!
