When I received mine they also were quite dry. I added a bit of vermiculite and a few drops of water to each little pack, and put them in the butter compartment of the refrigerator. I noticed they were starting to sprout roots about 3 weeks ago, and last week planted them all in pots and placed outside. All 8 types I had ordered showed about half the seeds had formed roots, but in none had all the seeds started. I guess now I wait to see the cotyledons rise out of the mix.
