Go ahead and move them now. Leave any new foliage that has emerged, the old can be taken off. Prepare the new location, dig holes, ammend soil, etc., then dig up the plants, taking as much soil around the roots as necessary to avoid disturbing the roots, if possibe. They resent that! Mulch and water to settle the soil.
If no rainfall during the following week, check for moisture 3-4" deep around the plants and add water,if dry.
If you have a location with some morning sun, that would be ideal. Dappled shade is also OK. They aren't shade plants, only shade tolerant, but need a lot of bright light to bloom well.
