First, I am new to the forums and learning so much as mainly a lurker. In working to landscape along the creek which runs parallel or our driveway and gets mostly shade under hardwoods, I was given a Lenton Rose by a friend. It was standing upright and quite healthy in her backyard in a shady corner under a large shrub. I brought it home, planted it beneath a tree in my shady garden the day I got it about three and a half weeks ago. To this day, it has not recovered. Parts are still green but it drooped and some parts turned brown and it refuses to be happy. Of course, I have watered it and pretty much left it alone otherwise hoping once it gets rooted in, it will recover. Is this normal? Any advice is appreciated. Thank you.
