I have a difficult spot-a raised bed around a maple in the front lawn, only 1-2' deep. I tried 'Rozanne' geraniums last summer, they didn't make it over the winter, probably not enough water w/ the competition from the maple. I just put out 4 hellebores (Pine knot strain, Brandywine, & Ivory Prince) & 3 pacysandra procumbens-I'd like to fill in with a geranium, what about 'Biokovo' or does anyone have another suggestion?
