Patience. My one year old plants that I put in the ground last October are now sending up new growth that I believe is going to bloom this coming winter from the looks of the plants. Give yours a chance to get settled and develop a decent root structure.....

Yes, patience is key with these plants. Also, they do not grow steadily throughout the year like some plants you may be used to but rather put out growth spurts...mainly in early spring and fall.
Most of my established plants put out no new top-growth during the hot summer months, although some of the younger plants do.
