hello ,most probably its H. orientalis ,and yes there are grey selections but you have to be carefull with seed and remember it takes about 3 years before the plant is mature and really Blooms ,not that i want to scare you of buying them hellebores are a true passion ! but the seed could be of weak motherplants so you are better of to buy a grey hellbore as plant then to sow them ,hope i could help you
