Bring them in now. A 3 week chill period is sufficient for flowering. Place them in a cool, bright environment. Temperature should be in the 40-50°F range. (Limited tests indicate ideal is about 43°F). Provide some air circulation for the plants. Flower buds should begin appearing within 2-3+ weeks. Keep soil moist, but allow it to dry somewhat between watering. Some growers remove a couple of inches of the topmost potting soil and replace with a coarse grit to prevent splashing the soil on the foliage & flowers. Insurance against soil-borne diseases and pests, such as the black vine weevil. Best to remove tattered, discolored, dying and dead foliage. You may want to spray with an insecticide before bringing into your home, to insure they aren't harboring some pests.
If you want to collect seed, you will need to hand pollinate them, as the environment will be insect free and self pollination isn't always reliable. If you don't want any seed, remove the flowers when they fade. This allows all of the energy to be used in plant development.
