Hey! I'm looking for herbs that make wonderful tea. I've had mint and it was delicious! Trade? If you're looking for a certain vegetable, email me and ask because I have a lot so I didn't put all of them on my trading list.

My favorite homemade herbal tea is sage and lemon zest. Shave lemon zest with a microplane and let it dry on waxed paper overnight. Dry sage leaves as you would any other herbs, crumble the dried leaves and mix with the dried zest.

I second Daisy's suggestion. This has been asked often and you will get alot of suggestions and even recipes in those backposts.

I find the mint-clan to be prolific in the garden and tasty in the tea cup. Peppermint, spearmint, catnip, lemon balm and more are all in that clan.

My favourites vary depending on how I feel. At the moment it's hyssop because I have a sore throat.
