I see in the herb section of the seeds that there is Stevia seeds available. How would one use the herb to sweeten food? Dehydrate? Is there a process?

There are various books on the subject, but make sure you actually like the taste. I grew it years ago and I didn't like it, weird aftertaste, at least for me. But, I also can't stand fake sweeteners either, they have a horrid after taste.

I love the taste of stevia, When I'm walking by, I'll eat a few of the leaves. It has a little bit of an after taste, but it's not unpleasant to me. I have used them dried and powdered, but they are more effective fresh. If you search on here, or on google or something, I have seen a recipe for making syrup out of these, its the leaves and vodka and some instructions. Also, i think it was here, might've been somewhere else on the internet; I saw the ratios for stevia leaves to sugar in recipes, but I didn't write it down and I am not sure what they were.

Thanks you guys. Think I will try it. Not out anything but the seeds if I don't care for it!
