The inability to sleep can be caused by many things, zackey. Before you resort to herbs to help you sleep, you should see a doctor to check for things that can traditionally cause sleep problems.

Apnea, hormone levels, diabetes, anxiety, thyroid, poor sleep habits, bad sleep environment, and more....can result in a restless night.

Chronic disturbed sleep can be life threatening and you should take it very seriously.

It took me a long time working with a sleep specialist to get full control of my problem, and once I put the pieces of my puzzle together, my health bloomed.
