New home, looking for some herb starts

I just moved into a new house 3 weeks ago. I was in my last home nearly 12 years. The new place has a lovely raised bed across the front. It faces east to south east. I am going to plant flowers mostly in it but would love to put some mints in pots on the walls of the bed. Also I would love some pineapple sage for a spot in front. Mostly I am looking for spearmint, chocolate mint and maybe a couple of others. The small garden centers in my area don't seem to have much of a selection.

Where is your favorite place to purchase small plants to start with at a good price. I'm having to start from scratch so money is tight and all that is planted in this yard is 1 chrysanthmum and lots of big maple trees.

Can't really help with the question, being in the wrong country, but I am just wondering about your selection of herbs to grow. Apart from the spearmint they are of limited or no use in the kitchen so I was trying to work out what your goal is. If it is purely ornamental and to have some plants you can sniff at in the garden that's fine. But if you were looking to use the herbs for cooking some other varieties would be more useful.

Mostly scents I have great memories of from my childhood. My grandma had spearmint and chocolate mint. After a rain the air had such a wonderful smell. The pineapple mint just for the scent as well. Thank you for being interested. You are so kind.

If you go to the Union Square market in Manhattan on Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays or Saturdays there are several vendors selling herbs, including several varieties of mint. Race Farms are there on Mondays and they have about 6 different mint plants.
