I have a substantial patch of lebanese cress which I want to reduce and eat it. Are there other (preferable ethnic) recipies than toss the cress in a salad or on a sandwich?

It's called Lebanese cress and might therefore come from Lebanon, but my google search didn't help me to any great recipes. This herb is really easy to grow and one get heaps of it. You could say weedy too.
