| I noticed today these very strange white growths (fungus/mold/insects?) around the base of my rosemary plant. I would greatly appreciate any insight into what the culprit is and how to deal with it! |

| Do you have mealy bugs in Egypt? I'm also wondering why the roots are exposed and the plant partly out of the ground. Is it newly planted? It looks very dry. |
