I tried growing them from seed and it didn'T work and I transplanted a plant and it didn't work either, however, our summer was extremely wet and slugs ate all. But it is the second time I tried to plant them from seeds now, however in different climates.

Ask around - other gardeners, friends, co-workers, etc. Especially if you know anyone with an old farm or an old house. They would probably let you come and dig up many established, mature plants for free - and they'll be happy about it too!!
