| Borage! Borago officinalis is an annual with leaves that taste like cucumber. Flowers are edible. I grow it for the bees who love it! |

| One thing I especially love about borage is that you can get both blue and pink flowers on the one plant! Very pretty, especially if you can grow it en masse. The downside to borage is those spiky leaves - you MUST use only the very youngest leaves. |
