| I am trying to root my own turmeric. This is my first time . If I ever be able to grow it , probably I will use the leaves since they say the roots will take very long time to grow. |

| I picked up some fresh Tumeric root from Whole Foods Vegetable department. It was great in the salad and I kept a couple to root. Still waiting. |
