Try more like 6 inches or less above the plants 14 inches is way to far from the plants.

Thanks! I followed your suggestion and lowered the light. The plants that've fallen haven't gotten back up, but the rest of them are doing alright.

I'm starting to wonder if I should introduce fertilizer..

You could slowly introduce your seedlings to the outdoors and allow them some real sunlight. You should begin to fertilize seedlings grown in 100% peat as soon as they germinate.

How long did you chill the skullcap seeds before sowing?

I didn't chill them at all. I read it's recommended, so I took this as it's unnecessary. I guess I was wrong, eh?
