Hi, I'm looking for a suitable cilantro substitute for a spanish rice dish I've been trying to tweak.
I'm one of those people that cilantro blah blah soap blah blah get it away from me blah blah oh, i forgot to tell the taco dude not to put any on there blah blah etc...
Anyway, for stuff like salsa I can substitute basil and for more savory stuff I can just substitute parsley or oregano/marjoram depending on what I'm going for...
...but I can't figure out what would be best suitable for spanish rice because none of those options really work for what I'm going for.
I'd prefer a "leaf" solution, but I'm willing to listen to any root, fruit, etc. suggestions since I'm just going to be cooking it all down under a simmer anyway.
