Transplanted Greek Oregano

Hi. I bought a Greek Oregano plant from Walmart around a week and a half ago. It's been growing well, but I started noticing some black spots on the leaves which spread and became patches. I did some research, and I found that that meant too much water/too little sun. So, it was in a ceramic pot with no drainage, so I decided to transplant it to a larger, plastic one with many holes. Problem is, it was already well-rooted, and I removed it from the ceramic pot by hand, and now the stems are bent. What should I do? Will it grow?
