Mint is yellow and not doing so good. Whats wrong with it?

This is year two growing this mint and I feel that I too am one of the few people that cant get mint to grow. Last year it was doing well and spreading until it got spider mites. I think I got rid of them by spraying the leaves and was hopeful that the mint would start thriving again. But now the leaves keep looking droopy and yellowish. It just doesnt look like its growing fast or thriving by any means. I'm not sure what to do. I keep it on my balcony outdoors around the clock. It gets a good amount of sun each day and the other herbs (chives, parsley, rosemary, thyme) are doing really well. I water it about once a week when I stick my finger in the soil and it feels dry. I replaced the soil this spring with new soil with worm castings. I dont know what else it can be. Thoughts? I'm attaching a couple pictures.
