Is there any illness that can infect white and prostate rosemary

I leave them out the back as I say in pots I let mother nature water them but I looked at the prostate and white rosemary and the leaves on these look like they are a dark green mixed with a light green spotty complection.

I have two normal rosemary and a miss jessop and these are lovely dary green leaves

I did have aphids I washed most them off and hit it light with neem oil mix so I don't know what it be as everything got the neem and nono of them look different as these do I will put a pic up tomorrow

If they are in containers it could be a nutrient or watering problem, what is the soil medial you planted in? Has mother nature been watering a lot lately?

I planted them around feb this year in veg growing compost and sharp sand I live in Ireland so yes tons rain just yesterday I think we had around half cm (least this is what I collect in a bucket)

Possibly what you are seeing is damage from the neem oil. If sprayed during the morning or afternoon with bright sunshine it can burn some plants. Best time to spray neem is before sunset.
