Help with white spots on Mint

Hi Everyone,

I'm in need of some help and haven't been able to find any answers anywhere. Basically I have white spots spreading on my mint, & oregano. This morning I sprayed the leaves with baking soda diluted with water in case it was fungus but I would appreciate and help. I attached a picture of the mint below.
